The SiteOmat is Orpak's solution for all forecourt operations in retail and home base service stations. This cost effective solution handles both wet and dry product sales on the forecourt (isle) and is a complete station automation solution with and without a POS. Orpak offers both PC based and rugged, embedded forecourt automation products. SiteOmat includes remote and on-line capabilities and interfaces with payment systems and with other 3rd party systems such as ERP and accounting.
SiteOmat also interfaces with Orpak SystOr to support convenience store management (POS, BOS and HOS). On the forecourt, it connects to the Tank Level Gauging system, the FuelOmat(for refueling based on Vehicle Identification) and to OrPT product family, Orpak's payment terminals solutions (OrPT, Secured OrPT, OrTR Contactless Reader and Multimedia). SiteOmat supports over 50 different dispensers in many countries.

The SiteOmat provides a complete management solution for full control of petrol stations with advanced business modules for oil companies, dealers and fleet owners.
The SiteOmat includes a built-in Web server for secured remote capabilities such as monitoring, management and maintenance, using any PC with an Internet browser.

The SiteOmat consists of Orpak's Forecourt Controller (FCC) that manages all the wet and dry product sales management on the isles, including TLG.

SiteOmat uses Orpak's FortCom for forecourt communications.
It supports four communications links:

• TCP/IP Ethernet
• TCP/IP Wireless
• RS-485
• RS-232

FortCom also acts as a bridge between different link types.
For example: RS-485 link could be routed from the office over a wireless TCP/IP infrastructure over the pump.
FortCom module has a built-in web server for remote support, including setup, diagnostics and software upload.
The FortCom is also an integral part of the OrPT and FuelOmat.
Other forecourt related products require an interface module such as the CommVerter or the PCU.
