Orpak's embedded home base Station Controllers cover various levels; from an isle controller embedded unit up to a Web based large-scale solution with advanced fleet capabilities and authorization models. Home base solutions cover also the OrTC, mobile station controller and vehicle identification system that tracks the tanker truck deliveries and reduces potential risks of refueling with the wrong fuel type.
Fuel and Fleet Management Software
- Fleet Head Office server for Retail and Home-Base users, consisting of a centralized fleet management and authorization server for all fleet-oriented activity in a region (Multi fleets activity).
- Fuel management server for Retail and Home-Base users, consisting of a centralized fuel control and management operation.
OrPT - Outdoor Payment Terminals and Printer
Orpak's OrPT is a state-of-the-art family of robust outdoor payment products designed for secure and effective outdoor payment, the spectrum of products addresses up to date forecourt requirements such as PCI and EMV security, Multimedia, loyalty programs and other advanced business models outside on the fueling Isle bringing unique value to the Oil company and station owners.
This scalable line of product offers a wide range of pay at the pump solutions with optimal price/performance, from compact contactless reader and full payment terminals to large touch-screen, customer facing, multimedia kiosk. OrPT variety and modularity meets the various needs of global fuel retailers as well as fleets’ home base stations. Flexible design enables installing the OrPT products either in the dispenser, next to it or in stand alone pedestal. Variety of payment means are accepted such as: magnetic, EMV and contactless cards.
Vehicle Identification Units
Orpak's FuelOmat system includes a variety of Vehicle Identification Units (VIU) for automatic safe refueling and advanced fleet management advanced capabilities. wVIS, Wireless FuelOmat solution which uses wireless technology between the gas station components to eliminate infrastructure investment and to simplifies the vehicle installation.

Pump Interface units
Orpak's pump interface units support all international pump manufacturers as well as many local and regional manufacturers.
Orpak's product line consists of more than 40 different models of pump interfaces, including: a cost effective Mechanical Pump Interface and the Pump Intelligent Router (PIR) for fiscal pump requirements.
FortCom - TCP/IP Forecourt Communication infrastructure
FortCom is available in wired and wireless configurations. It connects the various forecourt devices such as Forecourt Controller (FCC), Outdoor Payment Terminals (OrPT), pumps communication, Vehicle Information Transceivers (VIT) as well as third party equipment.
Four types of links are available with interconnection between the links (gateways) : TCP/IP Ethernet, TCP/IP Wireless (Secured WiFi), RS-485, RS-232. The system also includes remote Web capabilities for maintenance.
SPDS - Sealed Parcel Delivery System
The SPDS is Orpak’s solution for secured fuel delivery. The system’s main task is to 'seal' all Tanker Truck openings and monitor all openings. The system alerts whenever there is any exception from a predefined delivery cycle or when there is an un-authorized opening of a compartment.
Audit Trail (Journal Printer)
Orpak's Audit Trail automatically produces a hard copy of each transaction data including time, date, vehicle I.D, odometer and engine hours, and system user number. It uses regular 8” x 11” size paper and has an optional electric paper cutter.
OrTR Tag Reader
OrTR is a cost effective, small footprint and compact contactless card reader with optional magnetic card reader for attendant and driver interaction. OrTR is part of Orpak’s OrPT product line.
