Mr. Ron Oren - Non-Executive
Mr. Oren has served as Vice President Business Development for Rapac Electronics since July 2005. He is responsible for finding investment opportunities for the company, including searching for start-up companies that have synergies with the company and its management.
Prior to joining Rapac, Mr. Oren spent four years in Delta Film (Kodak distributor in Israel) as Chief Technology Manager.
Mr. Madhukar Bhagwat - Non-Executive
Mr. Bhagwat's professional career spans 50 years and he is a senior member of the Tata Group, one of the largest business groups in India. He also serves as Chairman of the Audit Committees of Nelco and TAL Mfg Solutions, both Tata Companies, is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Kennametal India, and sits on the Board of Directors of Honeywell Automation India.
He has previously served as Managing Director at Tata Honeywell, which is engaged in automation and control.
Mr. Bhagwat holds an MS Eng from the University of Illinois, a BE Mechanical and Electrical from Poona University, and a DBM from Bajaj Management Institute, Mumbai.
Mr. David Willis - Non-Executive
Mr. Willis worked for 15 years at Shell, primarily in retail, marketing and corporate planning. Since 1980, he has founded, built and sold several technology based businesses, including Micrelec and BusinessNet, and has served in senior management positions at Arciris and Torex Retail PLC until July 2005.
Mr. Willis is a fellow of the British Institute of Management and the Institute of Energy in London, and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Mr. Eyal Lapidot - Non-Executive
Mr. Lapidot is currently employed as the CEO of Delek – the Israeli Fuel Company Ltd., which holds 8% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr. Lapidot has served as the CEO of Direct - I.D.I Insurance Company Ltd between the years 2001 to 2005.
Mr. Yerachmiel (Hemi) Shtral - CFO
As Chief Financial Officer of Orpak, Mr. Shtral oversees all financial and accounting operations for the company. He has over 18 years’ experience in international high-tech companies. Before joining Orpak in 2001, he was the CFO of R&D operations for Nortel Networks, Israel.
Prior to Nortel, he held senior financial and controlling positions in several divisions within Tadiran Ltd.
Mr Shtral received his BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from the University of Derby.
